To see where these therapy sessions can take you, 3 sessions in close succession is recommended. Leaving approximately 2-3 weeks between treatment sessions gives your body time to fine tune the adjustments.
The fine adjustments will happen mostly within 2-5 days after the treatment but can take up to 3 weeks for full integration. Because of this it is important to allow your body to use its spare energy on these corrections. Keep it simple, go for an easy half hour walk each day, eat clean whole foods, and stay hydrated. This will aid in getting all your vital muscles and body systems firing and connecting properly with no external or internal added stresses.
For beyond the initial 3 sessions, a 'maintenance of checking in to see where your body is at' approach would look like a session every 4-6 weeks or you can stretch it out to a schedule that works best for you.

After your initial appointment you'll have access to managing appointments using your own personal account.
When booking via email confirmation your booking needs to be confirmed within 24 hours, otherwise it will be automatically discarded. Check your spam folder if an email from BizDiary has not been received.
To gain the most of your therapy session it is best to be free of any cold/flu like symptoms (coughing/sneezing) for 2-3 days leading up to your appointment. Your body uses its energy reserves to help restore yourself to better health. If it is using this energy supply on clearing a cold, then there may not be enough in reserve for also working with bodywork adjustments.
The cancellation policy will still apply when cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment due to illness.
Additionally, with any type of vaccine please keep a 3 week gap from the day of vaccination and your appointment. This is to give your immune & central nervous systems time to adjust and settle down.
Cancelled or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will incur the FULL TREATMENT FEE. Therefore, if you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before so I can offer the time to someone else.
If we are able to fill the cancelled timeslot the cancellation fee will be waived.
The cancellation fee will still apply when cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment due to illness.
