Our ancient indigenous cultures are accustomed with the knowledge that our bodies (organs, tissues, cells, blood, lymph, etc) store emotions. In western society, there has been a lot of advancement in the recent years that are aligning to this ancient wisdom. For example, a psychology term "Bottom-Up" approach refers to acknowledging and listening to your body, becoming curiously aware of what your body's subconscious felt senses are communicating to you.
The mind-body tuning process is about starting to become an embodying be'ing instead of just do'ing.
We are going to build a list of go-to at hand resources for your own self-regulation toolbox, so when the need arises you can bring gentle calm to your mind and body.
We are going to help you to, with ease, to expand your felt sense of awareness of your immediate surroundings and within you. Discovering ways in which you can further develop your "be'ing" into something that matches you right now.
How can we do this? Through self-expression reassurance, with the aid of your breath, body movement, the touch of your hands, grounding of your feet, the sight from your eyes, humming, singing, sighing, connecting to nature, co-regulating with someone (including those someone's with fur) and rediscovering & expanding those good emotions and self-felt feelings.
